- Definitions
- Final Order Confirmation: An order is considered final once the full amount stated in the proforma invoice is successfully paid through Abastudio’s official payment gateways.
- Business Day: Any day on which standard services can be provided. Thursdays, Fridays, and official holidays are not considered business days under these terms.
- User Accounts
- Account Creation:
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old and provide full identification details including full name, national ID number, and mobile number.
- Legal entities must register through an authorized representative, providing company registration details and representative credentials.
- Identity Verification:
User account information must match official identification documents. Orders must be placed using a national ID or passport number and paid via a bank card that matches the buyer’s identity. This prevents misuse such as stolen card transactions or phishing.
- Account Limits:
Each individual or entity may register only one account with a unique national or company ID.
- Information Accuracy:
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and must update it if changes occur. Incorrect data may result in service suspension without right to appeal.
- Message Attribution:
By registering, users accept full responsibility for all messages sent from their account and waive any future claims of denial, forgery, or dispute.
- Identity Confirmation:
In specific cases, Abastudio may require identity verification. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.
- Orders and Fulfillment
- Offer and Acceptance:
Finalizing an order constitutes a binding offer from the customer to engage in a transaction. - Order Tracking:
All orders are confirmed via SMS and can be tracked through the “Orders” section of the website. If a product is out of stock—even after payment—Abastudio reserves the right to cancel the order or offer a refund or replacement.
- Shopping Cart:
Adding items to the cart does not reserve them or guarantee price or availability. Orders are only confirmed upon full payment. Abastudio is not responsible for items left in the cart.
- Price Corrections:
In case of pricing errors due to technical issues, Abastudio may adjust the amount. Even finalized orders do not guarantee entitlement to incorrect pricing.
- Product Substitution:
If an item is unavailable, Abastudio may offer a replacement with customer approval. Otherwise, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment account.
- Bulk Orders:
Abastudio is a retail platform. Bulk orders may require review before shipping. Full prepayment is mandatory. If canceled, refunds will be issued within 24–72 business hours.
- Delivery Presence:
Customers must be present at the specified address during delivery. Failure to do so may result in transportation fees being charged or deducted from their account.
- Delivery Address:
Orders cannot be delivered to incomplete addresses or public locations (e.g., malls, cafés, hotels). A valid and traceable address is required.
- Shipping Damage:
All shipments are securely packaged and insured. Customers must inspect items upon delivery and refuse receipt if any damage is found.
- Invoice Requests:
Customers may request an official invoice within 2 days of finalizing their order by contacting support.
- Order Discrepancies:
Upon delivery, customers must verify all items. Any missing or incorrect items must be reported immediately to support.
- Return Policy
- General Conditions:
Customers may return items within 7 days under the following conditions:- Physical damage present at delivery
- Product mismatch with listed specifications
- Technical issues with digital products
Note: Items confirmed as undamaged at delivery are not eligible for return. Please inspect all items in the presence of the courier and refuse delivery if damaged.
- Return Process:
- Submit a request via support or through your user profile
- Await confirmation and instructions from the support team
- Ship the item using approved carriers (e.g., Post or Chapar). Unapproved shipments will be refused
- Once received and verified, refunds will be issued within 48 business hours to the original or verified account
- If the order included a gift item, it must be returned with the main product. Otherwise, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the issue is confirmed by Abastudio (e.g., damage or mismatch), return shipping is covered by us
- If the customer cancels voluntarily, return shipping is their responsibility and original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund

What happens if a project is canceled?
Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed. Abastudio reserves the right to terminate collaboration if contractual terms are violated.
How do I place an order?
Through our official online store. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
What payment methods are available?
Secure payment via local bank gateway (Shaparak) or international gateways (if activated). Your payment data is encrypted and never stored.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
